# `package/<room>/case.md`

The coder's within-case account of the room's week.

## What it holds

Prose under the title `# r/<sub>`. In the armenia example: Chronology; Relations, what set off what; Posts against comments; Counter-reading; Saturation; Selection; Other communities named; Absence. Item ids appear in backticks beside the quoted words.

## Who writes it, and when

The coder, once per room, sealed from every other room. `build_store.py` copies it whole at stage 00. The analyst reads it through `mem.py case <sub>`, paged.

## Why it exists

Contract, opening: each coder produced "a within-case account (`case.md`)", and "None of those readers could compare across rooms." METHOD: the within-case tier is the coders'. It is withheld from some readers on purpose: the D2 verdict fleet holds "none of the coder's prose (no `case.md`, no theme notes)" (FLEET §3), while the E1 reconstruction readers get it beside the rebuilt skeleton. The D2 labelers rewrite it as `model-D.md`.
