**What it produces:** the disagreements ruled; transmission decomposed; a blind sample re-placed: transmission after revision, with Krippendorff's alpha, never called reliability; the placements final in `assign_final.jsonl`. **Model:** `arm.json`; dispatch as at B2 for the blind sample. (From the contract's stage table, section 4.)
