Installed in your tools, stage cards and contract before this leg; read `python3 tools/mem.py help` and tools/NEW-VERBS.md (v43.2) before you use them.\n\n1. Blind reads: `mem.py blind on --reason \"...\"` / `blind off`, or `--blind` on one call. Placements, members, member counts and exemplars are withheld; verbs that exist to show placements refuse; the tool guard refuses direct reads of placement files while the window is open. B2 section 3's blind re-placement of ten items uses it.\n2. `--width N` on any mem.py read: clipped and logged. The guard now refuses `cut -c`, `cut -b` and `colrm` after mem.py, cite.py or an out/_analysis helper, and records every pipe after mem.py or cite.py in out/_mem_pipes-NN.jsonl.\n3. `mem.py gates` (with one or two ids; `--confirm --reason` records a pair you read). On scheme.jsonl today it finds 202 discriminators that run one way and 40 must_not_show lines sending material to a theme with no discriminator against it. They are warnings during the rounds and errors on scheme_final.jsonl at the freeze.\n4. `jq` is allowed from the next leg's settings (awk was already; awk with system() is refused). `tools/tokens.py`: token sizes measured from the dispatch's usage records (`--dispatched`), or estimated at the measured rate, and it says which.\n5. Rule 0 (contract): beyond three, place one, record item-is-a-bag, and name the others under `also_present` with their concepts. From the next round the return line carries `also_present` ({} unless a bag); RETURN-B2.md needs the clause; rounds already sent are scored as sent.\n6. Every placement you make names the concepts behind each theme: `support_by_theme` on your records, `--codes` on recheck, reassign, place and mint.\n7. Every edit in scheme_edits.jsonl owes rechecks of your own placements it could move (author_items and gold_items on the edited theme or a theme its sentences name): `mem.py rechecks --owed`, `mem.py recheck <sub>:<tNN> --change edit:<n> --theme ... --codes ... --reason ...`. author_items.jsonl stays as written; report fidelity against both. The close refuses an edit with rechecks missing. Details in STAGE-B2 section 3.\n\nAlso from your B1e interview (it reached the run only through this text): the T3-005 and T3-021 gates contradict each other on repair during a raid (T3-005's must_not_show says \"with no attacker in view\", its discriminator says \"with or without\"; `mem.py gates T3-005 T3-021` shows both); F-001's grain claim does not hold across rooms (a room's grain predicts nothing; within a room theme size does); \"107 episode lines\" is 106 (line, kind) pairs over 81 lines. Correct these on the record where they stand, with a superseding line, and treat the contradiction before the readers' splits on that pair are scored."}

The contested inventory is out/b3_classes.jsonl from tools/assemble.py: classes 1 and 2 stand (4,556 items; class 2 keeps the B1 grouping, tagged b1_grouping_kept); classes 3, 4 and 5 go to adjudication (3,288 items), plus the unopened-family reads §1 keeps whatever the class. Build the adjudication packets as §1 says, about 500 contested items a leg, and rule on the first packet in this leg. On the blind sample (§10, later, at B4b): J agreed that the two main readers stay DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, and a third reader per item from an OpenAI model is added as a separate arm, reported apart and never pooled; no Claude reader. The handler sets that arm in arm.json before B4b."}
