# Organizing around contested undertakings in r/sweden

## Account

Participants in Sweddit's public record proposed a flag, sought contributions, negotiated space and pursued overlapping drawings and attacks. The model explains task-specific adjustments, with outcomes limited to what participants say. It does not identify all painters with the subreddit or assume one settled national goal. `D01`, Settling what to do together, gathers task choice (`T4-001`, Defining a task worth doing) and contribution fit (`T4-003`, Making contributions fit). `D02`, Settling who may act where, gathers permission (`T4-002`, Making room conditional) and discussion jurisdiction (`T4-004`, Claiming where discussion belongs). Event accounting (`T4-005`, Accounting for a shared event) remains outside both dimensions. The dimensions organise different questions; they are not community states.

The flag proposer specifies an undertaking (`P01`): "Oklart om jag sysslar med brigading nu men jag föreslår helt enkelt att vi ritar en sverigeflagga uppe där Sverige skulle ligga om canvasen var en världskarta." A horse advocate says an already approved plan was spread to Sweddit to obtain cooperation (`c0718`, item `dfro8ll`, thread `636a8n`). Public proposals therefore need not originate every decision. A specified task or time can give another contributor something definite to promise (`P02`, `A01`, `N01`). Attendance and victory are not demonstrated effects of the alarm. The proposed four-group method in `c0147` remains a proposal; source replies favour following the image together. The initial flag proposal and instruction are one speaker's item and cannot corroborate volunteer uptake.

New work can conflict with maintenance of the existing flag (`K01`). When someone reports removal of the horse, its advocate explains why the plan was publicised (`P03`, `A02`, `N02`): "Därför detta delades till Sweddit så att så många som möjligt ser." The horse supplies a local report of redirection (`P04`): "Började bygga blått på det där, hjälper till nu istället!" Mistaken maintenance names this description without claiming theoretical novelty. Recognition also need not produce endorsement. Placement and king-priority objections remain explicit (`K03`, `c0707`, `c0713`, items `dfrml2m` and `dfrmr3d`, thread `636a8n`). Arch supplies the strongest contrary item: "We have already decided that we should let your logo be, but unfortunately some people keep trying to remove it. I'm sorry." Permission can specify obligations between parties (`P05`). The palette-limited drawing supplies a different ending. Its author judges the available colours unusable (`K02`) and explicitly cancels (`P09`, `A05`, `N05`): "Jag gjorde fel på ritningen med antalet färger. Its creation hour cannot order it against replies urging more recruits or a smaller design. The model preserves the stated technical reason without independently proving feasibility or reducing every stop to insufficient recruitment.

Discussion has its own jurisdiction (`P07`). A visitor responds to a referral: "Oh, I shall repost this there and delete this!" These words establish a promise to move and uneven awareness. The expected effect on drawing (`A06`, `N06`) remains ungrounded and outside the empirical model. Moderating discussion does not establish command over contributions.

Participants also recount, preserve and dispute the event (`P08`). Maryland receives thanks, while a Forsen speaker attributes aggression to Sweddit (`c0814`, `c0783`, items `dftdxna` and `dft0v9z`, threads `63dzmc` and `639p8i`). Their contrasting accounts do not show a community changing its mind. The supplied hour-73 boundary makes further placement unavailable. Subsequent banner and reciprocal-flair requests name other work. The last observed coordinating request is "/r/maryland har lagt till *Sweden* som flair! Kan inte /r/sweden lägga till Maryland-flair åt dem?" These local sequences do not form a demonstrated feedback loop. The graph is partly disconnected because permission, discussion routing and event accounting lack warranted downstream effects. Repeated interference in different projects does not complete a dated cycle. The model reaches the ordinary timed call, the unexpected conflict between maintenance and a new image, and the explicitly cancelled drawing through different paths. It cannot recover silent labour, missing images, private decisions or the action behind a bare operation title. The unpicked material remains contextual or unresolved rather than evidence that those people failed to organise.

The explanation should transfer where contributors can choose work, an intended addition is open to conflicting readings, and cooperation depends on identifiable terms. It should fail as a recognition account where a painter understands the project and rejects it. Where one authority can enforce an accepted task specification, this record's separation of approval and contribution may explain less. A technical impossibility also requires a different response from explanation. The source cannot test those settings. The R5 comparison is compatible with proposed division, allocation, information and conditional benefits; it neither establishes complete arrangements nor tests the four-problem claim's necessity and sufficiency. All absences here are weak, limited to this coded public record.
