That uncoded prospective call shows why original-canvas closure is not a total ending. No uptake is visible; coding remains closed. `F-002` keeps this qualification. The account reaches from the structure down to contrasting paths: the ordinary located rebuild has an answer, the neighbour correction requires practical adjustment, and the final unspecified-site proposal has no visible human uptake. Read upward, these episodes warrant a distinction between available work, a specific commitment and an action report. They do not warrant a complete feedback cycle; model/loops.jsonl is empty.
