Rows were chosen for range, not frequency: every original coder theme appears, and split defence, restraint and mascot practices receive contrasting exemplars. Quotes pass their higher-theme gates on their own. The fourth column preserves the optional coined names, not additional empirical findings. The name on `t03` suggests reciprocity, but the retained higher theme requires only offered or reported assistance, not an accomplished exchange. `structure.md` carries the full placement account.
