The cuts originated at R3 pass 0; metadata now records their use in R4 pass 1. No explanatory literature has been opened.

### `t04`: making peace and deals with neighbours

Source definition: "People negotiate borders, alliances, mutual help, restraint, relocation, and room for neighbouring work."

## Higher themes

The quotations below were chosen for breadth and depth after the full direct sweeps. Each block has material from at least two coder themes. There is no invented middle: differences between a proposal, specification, report and correction remain separate. The quote attributions and raw spans are returned by cite; absolute created_utc was not supplied by that verb and is left unavailable, rather than reconstructed from an event date.

### `T4-001`: Making shared designs executable and repairable

Declaration: coined; source empty; no borrowed name to verify. Gloss: Make the outline, proportions and intended change clear enough to help rather than undo it.

Proposing a recognizable object is not enough to make independent placements add up. Participants turn ideas into dimensions, outlines, templates and manageable designs, recruit help with specific parts, and revise mistaken defence. The common practice is making a distributed contribution usable for a shared drawing, not merely invoking Norway. What varies is the precision of the contribution and whether it opens a project, maintains it or corrects an interpretation. A proposal can remain unbuilt and a correct specification can still be resisted.

Question: How can separate participants know what contribution will add to the same drawing rather than undo it?

Gate condition: "Material proposes, specifies, explains the mechanics of, reports work on, maintains, or corrects the interpretation of a shared drawing or emblem."

Variation: Bare object proposals through exact dimensions and templates; initial building through maintenance and acknowledged correction.

When both seem possible: Keep the coder theme by its organizing practice. A design calculation that respects neighbours remains here when it specifies the drawing; negotiated permission itself belongs in `T4-002`. Split `t07` into live practical explanation here and past-event accounts in `T4-005`. No required two-part gate is claimed.

Least secure member, both readings: The live part of `t07` is least secure: an explanation of mechanics can enable work without stating a design. It belongs because knowing the unit of contribution and how to link coordinates makes a design actionable. Its later explanations have been separated, not silently treated as onboarding.

Outside near case: `c0145` gives a usable time and starting point but its focal practice is mobilizing an invasion of another flag, so it stays in `T4-002`. `c0141` respects neighbours while calculating a flag: its drawing-specification practice stays here without an extra placement.

Disconfirm elsewhere: Elsewhere, apparent shared design instructions are only independent decoration and do not orient contributions to a common drawing. Mistaken for: A central designer directing all placers, or mere national symbolism.

## Pairwise separation, alternatives and what remains outside

`D01` asks how a contribution becomes usable and participation reachable. `D02` asks what room is claimed and whether the claim's purpose or claimed representation is accepted. A timed invasion has usable instructions but belongs by its spatial-mobilization practice to `T4-002`; a moderator redirect makes discussion reachable while not authorizing pixel conquest. The dimensions describe different questions, not successive phases. Neither licenses a causal relation or a claim of sufficiency.

I considered one dimension of national collective action. It loses the difference between execution and contested direction, and presupposes a shared goal that `c0229` expressly limits. `t06` and `t09` remain contextual, separately, not merged into a catch-all. But April insults, a forced-integration joke and an eating parody do not all enact that practice. ## Read another way

The strongest alternative is an organized Discord campaign whose public record consists of instructions, diplomats and marginal dissent. An attack call with a time and a claim that Norwegians will help relocate support episode-specific capacity. Denial of official status does not refute that capacity. The current structure therefore does not claim command was absent; it separates operational capacity from representative acceptance, leaving the rival for R4's dynamic tests. The unknown-maker permission and the admitted outsider's ignorance specifically limit representation, not the existence of leaders elsewhere.

The Texas relocation accounts conflict in R2 context over consent and who chose a new site. The T4 gate here requires only an offer or claim of accommodation; it does not count consent as established. Factorio's finished reply remains ambiguous, and a later consent check prevents a completed binding deal being inferred. These are disputes in the source, not fabricated coder-conflict pairs.

## Form and record limits

`FP-01`, `FP-02`, `FP-03` and `FP-04` are turn-level findings retained only in form_pass.md. They sit beside the topic structure without being clustered, assigned or prevalence-counted. The first two warn against reading all terse calls as independent events or all apparent attacks as hostile. The register finding warns that military words can recruit, justify or mock. The silence finding limits assumed common knowledge. No FP ID names a gate or a prevalence calculation.

Quoted strings cannot by themselves establish register, consent, compliance or causation. Their coding offsets can omit qualifications. Edited post creation times do not date edits; a reported artwork is not visual verification. Off-platform decisions, deleted bodies and unselected turns remain unseen. These are claim-specific limits to carry into the model, not a generic disclaimer excusing unsupported arrows.

## R4 pass 1 use

The same five higher themes and two dimensions are carried into the typed candidate model. Every higher theme is represented; no coder placement, gate, name or construct changed. The four form findings remain turn-level evidence rather than assignment rows. Model relations and their failure tests are in model.md, not inferred from this static ladder. The three included relations are element-level and internal to `D01`; no aggregate causal arrow is warranted for `D02` or between dimensions. Public accounting remains undimensioned. The held findings were checked against this metadata-only carry-forward and need no revision.

## Critic's alternative, checked in closing pass 2

The accepted critic groups spatial claims with their evaluation and venue work with disputes over it. This is a coherent object-oriented alternative, not an error. The retained cut instead compares contesting purpose and standing across those objects: denial of whole-room support (`c0229`) and of official Discord standing (`c0197`) do not themselves establish effects on work. Keeping `t07` whole with retrospective accounting would preserve explanatory form but lose the practical difference between live coordinate help and explaining a finished event. The proposed presentation bundle for `t06` and `t09` is too broad to add a distinct organizing question here. These contextual themes remain separate. This rival shows underdetermination, particularly around moderation and its evaluation; it does not remove the Sami, Texas, Slovakia or automation residues.
