## The puzzle and local explanation

PlaceHearts used a repeatable form that different people could claim, yet its pattern did not identify one body able to direct every placer. Local agreements could organize a named contribution while the field remained contested. The visible record begins with original rows and a known pattern, so it leaves the founding of the collective purpose unseen. Country and cause requests specify prospective work, `P02`. Plans and representatives make conversations reachable, `P01`; published permissions and upkeep duties state what to preserve or change, `P03`. None alone proves recruitment, authority or compliance. ebvgsTLXE6YiCiivKRor26DPmNo='s identity-and-priority question in `E-17` receives a participant's explanation of diversity as a way for other groups to maintain their hearts. That rationale is visible in `dfpvhh0`; reduced workload is not measured, and the questioner still asks for priorities. The model retains that unresolved explanation as a residue rather than infer a system-wide delegation effect.

The clearest local relation is accommodation gaining a named commitment, `A01`. On PlaceTwo, 0wnr/vVPPlz+BGSfm5Fuj5idLio= proposes a border around 7wNwl5YIuwpJTgnsYrMwlLnjJ7c='s dragonball and themed surrounding hearts (`c0413`, `dfsu8bn`, hour 83.14888888888889). 7wNwl5YIuwpJTgnsYrMwlLnjJ7c= accepts and announces a background task (`c0414`, `dfsutna`, hour 83.36138888888888):

The specified terms preserve the object whose owner offered help. That gives the acceptance a concrete referent; adjacency alone does not carry the relation. The outcome is a commitment, `P04`, not demonstrated completed drawing. Wine's exchange offers a contextual parallel. Japan's offer has no recorded acceptance, while Lakers' offer meets a disputed claim to the space and a referral to Discord. These differences limit the inference to local accepted terms.

An agreement leaves other placers free to make incompatible changes, `K01`. Ireland's red-barrier promise precedes complaints of pink crossing it. The French apology attributes losses to a faction that would not respect the agreement. Those speakers explain limits on control; the model does not independently verify every loss or assign all encroachment to outsiders. Deliberate expansion also appears inside the case. `62v6l4` argues for removing the Void to protect art, and `c0113` explicitly calls for striking with love. A protective rationale can support territorial aggression. An account that made accommodation the community's sole goal would fail these passages.

Interpretation itself remains contested, `P06`. The marked-heart exchange `E-12` provides competing readings and a replacement direction, without confirmed repainting. Praise and mourning, `P07`, value work across different outcomes. Their motivational effects are not established.

## Continued willingness and usable venues

Original placement ends at hour 73. That irreversibility differs from the practical problem of a connection that will not hold on a successor. The record therefore shows local arrangements and continued attempts beyond original placement, with incomplete control and uncertain effects. Japan's maker reports survival; the end post also names losses. No relation in the model claims to explain survival. The strongest supporting episode is `E-16`; `E-10` most directly threatens an extension to every reciprocal offer. Specific terms that the replying neighbour accepts separate them. The archive task and opposed final-pixel goals remain particulars beyond these mechanisms.

## Elements and ranges

The model runs between activity and condition elements tied to higher themes. Every range is qualitative, not a measured amount. The source record does not support arrows between degrees of variation.

- `P01` (process, `T4-002`, `D02`): Routing willing builders and disputants to plans or decision conversations. Range: From public signs to chat, polls and requests for official compromise; reaching the route does not establish attendance or obedience. Evidence: `c0021`, `c0048`, `c0073`, `c0353`.
- `P02` (process, `T4-001`, `D01`): Requesting a distinct contribution within the heart field. Range: From a country or pride design to a character or cause within a heart; a request can remain unanswered. Requests to spare existing neighbouring work belong to P03. Evidence: `c0136`, `c0209`, `c0360`.
- `P03` (process, `T4-003`, `D01`): Specifying what to spare, change and maintain. Range: From a bilateral border proposal to general permissions and duties; the scope can be accepted, disputed or unenforced. Evidence: `c0064`, `c0154`, `c0248`, `c0374`, `c0413`, `c0412`.
- `P04` (process, `T4-003`, `D01`): Offering or accepting a particular contribution of care. Range: From a conditional protection offer to explicit acceptance and an announced task; completed work requires further evidence. Evidence: `c0284`, `c0342`, `c0351`, `c0414`.
- `P05` (process, `T4-006`, `D02`): Deferring work or proposing another venue when placement cannot continue. Range: From waiting for a connection to inviting another service; no automatic migration or completed successor build. Evidence: `c0393`, `c0415`, `c0417`.
- `P06` (process, `T4-004`, `D01`): Reinterpreting what an alteration would mean. Range: From replacing hateful text or abandoning erasure to contested religious and hateful readings; agreement is not required. Evidence: `c0057`, `c0076`, `c0365`, `c0368`.

- `K01` (condition, `T4-003`, `D01`): An agreement does not bind every person placing the shared pattern. Range: Named interlocutors may commit while other placers continue incompatible changes; this does not imply that no agreement matters. Evidence: `c0258`, `c0259`, `c0352`, `c0397`.
- `K02` (condition, `T4-006`, `D02`): Placement in the relevant venue is unavailable or unreliable. Range: Original closure at hour 73 differs from a temporary successor connection failure; neither establishes the end of all organizing. Evidence: `c0388`, `c0415`, `c0416`.

## Grounded arrows

Each arrow uses episodes as its only sampling unit. Theoretical sampling preceded strength at diary 3749. The complete fields, counterexample responses and support spans are in model/arrows.jsonl.

### A01

`P03` to `P04`, transition, fair, codes-read. Mechanism: Offering a design and boundary that keep the neighbour's named object gives that neighbour a specific arrangement to accept and a task to contribute.

Failure test: The neighbour rejects the proposed preservation terms, or the alleged acceptance concerns another object rather than that proposal.

Bound: Local acceptance of specific terms by the replying contributor; neither every offer nor unaffiliated placers' compliance is covered.

Sampling and contrary readings: `E-07` and `E-10` challenge discarded extensions to collective compliance and automatic acceptance of any care offer. They are not failures of the retained bounded relation. `E-18` supplies a limited eligible comparison: the offered arrangement receives a promise rather than refusal. No eligible independent counterexample was found in that read exchange, which is a weak negative test and no prevalence result. Preserve the direct PlaceTwo acceptance without generalizing to completion or all placers.

Samples: `E-18` holds (An uncoded reply promises help, but no completed upkeep follows.); `E-09` not testable (No reply to the conditional repair offer; survival thanks cannot identify its effect.); `E-07` not testable (Agreement followed by crossing complaints tests collective compliance, which the retained local-commitment relation excludes; no disconfirmation of that relation is established.); `E-10` not testable (The request and reciprocal offer meet a disputed claim and Discord referral, without a respondent's specific accommodation proposal to test P03-to-P04. This challenges automatic acceptance of offers, not the retained arrow.). Negative check: tested-absent. Base-rate comparison unavailable and not claimed; this is a local interpretive relation, not a frequency.

### A02

`K02` to `P05`, transition, thin, codes-read. Mechanism: A connection that will not hold prevents the agreed placement from proceeding as planned, so a willing builder makes resumption conditional on restored access and another speaker proposes a different service.

Failure test: The same participants say they continue the agreed placement on that failed connection without waiting or changing access, or their delay is expressly for another reason.

Bound: An ongoing successor task whose participants still seek to continue; recognizing closure alone does not imply a move.

Sampling and contrary readings: `E-21` challenges automatic migration but lies outside the retained ongoing-successor-task bound. `E-14` has no linked transition and `E-19` concerns design information. No independent eligible negative episode was identified in those samples. The explicit conditional resumption in `E-16` supports the local dependence, but independent disconfirmation remains untested; demote the arrow to thin rather than treat ineligible episodes as a negative check.

Instance: `c0415`, `c0416`, `c0417`. The conditional words carry the relation; no invented event time.

## Dimension projection

At the element level, `A01` stays within `D01` and `A02` stays within `D02`. For `D01`, incoming mass from other dimensions: none; outgoing: none; internal: `A01`. For `D02`, incoming: none; outgoing: none; internal: `A02`. These lists are identical with and without extra placements because the placement log is empty. No cross-dimension arrow is inferred from the two dimensions appearing in `E-16`. Their underlying mechanisms do not abstract into one directional relation. In the global projection terms they have no external in-arrows or out-arrows: both condition-like and residual aspects remain, not a claim that all of either dimension is inert. `P07` remains outside dimensions.

## Dynamics and odd cases

The model contains no grounded feedback loop; model/loops.jsonl is empty. Repeated repair and border complaints do not provide a complete forward-dated closed cycle. The author's abandonment in `E-02` redirects intended effort without ending the larger project. This is a particular observed sequence, with uncoded contextual endpoints, not a minted two-coded-turn arrow. Original closure is irreversible; successor connection failure may be temporary, but this record does not show restored access.

The three within-case readings are retained in within_case.md. The ordinary Japan sequence fits permissions and offers but not an inferred causal route to survival. PlaceTwo demonstrates local acceptance exceeding the prior expectation. The stopped marriage task prevents treating goodwill as sufficient protection. The whole episode census leaves specific residues in story_episodes-p2.jsonl; no broadened element is used to conceal them.

## ungrounded relationships

No theorised arrow is retained in arrows.jsonl. With theorised relations allowed, the drawn model remains `P03` to `P04` (`A01`) and `K02` to `P05` (`A02`); without them it is the same model.

Expected but ungrounded relationships include recognition causing more contribution, varied designs reducing actual maintenance effort, reciprocal offers securing repair, signs bringing measurable recruitment, and invitations causing the later PlaceTwo arrangement. The identity reply gives a participant's rationale for maintenance division; it does not demonstrate the claimed workload effect. None of these is silently drawn. There is also no accepted-offer-to-survival arrow. `F-003` preserves that distinction for Japan.

## looked-for-and-not-found

The supplied Japan-offer thread has no reply; the full approved-design-list thread has no response. These scoped observations cannot rule out private acceptance, adoption elsewhere or missing activity. The PlaceTwo thread does not show resumption, completion or migration after the suggestion; its boundary limits the inference. No complete dated feedback cycle or reliable universal command chain appears in the read tasks. Those absences remain weak, bounded to the public supplied record, and do not prove such organizing absent off-platform.

For `A01`, a coding artefact could privilege clear assent while leaving silent or failed arrangements poorly coded. The complete Lakers, Ireland, Japan and wine threads separate the local words of acceptance from that selection effect; they do not establish its frequency. For `A02`, `t18` may gather technical complaints especially clearly. The conditional resumption statement within the same agreed task supports the dependence, while the full closure-recognition thread blocks automatic relocation. A third strongest arrow is unavailable because only these relations were retained.

## Unused coder themes and breaks

The model has no element anchored in `t11`, arguing over whether varied hearts still belong; `t12`, keeping and sharing a record of the canvas; `t13`, joking that the hearts or banner look wrong; `t14`, posting an unexplained canvas image; or `t16`, arguing over the last pink pixel in the OG heart. They remain criticism, particulars or unresolved material, and the story uses them to test its limits. The represented coder-theme bindings and coverage remain in structure.md; their mass establishes neither causal adequacy nor importance.

The local commitment account breaks when the interlocutors contest the proposed terms or have no power over the relevant changes. The continuation relation requires participants who still seek to proceed and identify access as the constraint. It does not explain those who stop caring or incompatible actors who seek to defeat the agreed design. These are conditions in the model's terms; the single-case window and missing private chats are limits of observation rather than mechanisms.
