        "why": "Corrections met twice (rule 12, stage D3 section 2): OnePiece-012 and leagueoflegends-053, accepted corrections at T4-013, correct the same clause of P05, 'members watch it and repair changed pixels'. In both, members repaired an intended feature or a valid fix back to the form they knew ('people thought the fixing of it was attempted vandalism. I fell into that trap myself'; 'If someone would stop patching up the white glare'). monsterhunter-016 (T4-007) and portugal-029 (T4-019) meet them in substance: an agreed change and a settled addition repaired away. The alignment holds beyond the four. By a phrase search over my rulings' reasons, accepted P05 lines in 67 rooms carry the same mechanism, most as paired elaborations: keepers who do not know a planned change take it for damage; keepers check, or are told, the intended form before they repair; builders give a change up when keepers undo it. P02's lines showed it from the design side in 14 rooms (D3a-03). An order test over eleven rooms (out/_analysis/d3_order_keepers.py) holds in seven: keepers erase first and, once told, switch within the hour. In three (leagueoflegends, monsterhunter, cubers) the room told its keepers in the thread and they went on erasing for hours, or the builders gave the change up; the eleventh (tf2) fails by the order of the reports, not of the acts. The clause is therefore related to P02: repair restores the form the keepers know, so a planned or agreed change must reach them. The range is unchanged and no room enters or leaves P05, so this is not a loosening. 'Puts upkeep before growth' stands; the lines where members weigh upkeep against growth, press growth beside upkeep or use growth as defence are accepted as paired elaborations and left to D4. No finding touches P05.",

In six rooms (completeanarchy, polska, satania, halo, bangtan, thesilphroad) the keepers read a planned change from its shape and stop repairing it, with no telling; polska and satania meet at T4-006, and halo and bangtan at T3-170 and T4-019. In three (armok, maryland, oneshot) informed members hold the change against keepers who do not know, at three nodes. The re-examination holds the alignment for the six. J chose option (b) (23 October, 10:36 Berlin): hold the move and freeze 46384686, the version the rooms were re-checked on (section 5). The scope decision is the one rule 12 and section 4 allow beside a global revision: the frozen clause is the trunk, bounded to rooms where the keepers can learn of a planned change only by being told and no informed member holds it; the six rooms are a cluster branch, 'the shape read', carried to D4 and D5, where branches are built and judged; the three are a second limit, below the trigger. F-024 states the bounded claim with its refuted_by. The revision drafted at D3b is held for D4: the change is repaired away as damage until its keepers learn of it, by being told or by seeing enough of its shape to read it; informed members can hold it against keepers who do not know; it is lost or given up where neither the telling nor the shape reaches the keepers. P05's statement is unchanged by this line.",
