One line per verb or option, in the form of STANDING §1's list: the paging marker on every mem.py page, help, the read-log fields, and new or changed verbs (case, canvas, compare, when, codes renames, themes, facts, notes, progress, scheme, view, wiki, mint, adjudicate, the overlay); the cite.py headers and --context; validate.py --open and --self-test --summary; links.py, packets.py, ingest.py, gen_views.py and build_store.py changes. Dated 2026-09-25.

Who writes it, and when

Written with the tools pass; shipped in the analyst's tools/.

Why it exists

Its heading says it is "for merging into STANDING §1, HOW-TO-RUN.md and the stage files". STANDING §1 carries the list, and says where it and the older list differ, it wins.
