Run the study
Open three handler chats in order, starting with the Collection handler, then the existing coding handler and aggregator handler. Give each its brief before asking it to obtain the working folders. Those guides include prompts to paste. The summary below describes the work, not a live agent's progress.
1. Collection handler
Input: the public pixel record, atlas and Reddit archives, plus the study's census decisions.
Work: follow the data recipes, preserve the selected time window and build each community's record. The census contains research judgments; downloading data does not recreate them.
Ready when: the recipes' checks pass and the inputs and versions are recorded.
Continue to community coding. See data recipes and agent instructions.
2. Existing coding handler
Input: a prepared community record and the community coder contract.
Work: readers code the material; the case lead consolidates codes, themes and the case account. Keep the lead's conversation, files and runtime provenance together at the close.
Ready when: the community coder's checks pass and its declared outputs and resumable close are stored. A standalone local model, a return to the global model and a later re-check are distinct milestones. One does not prove the others exist.
Continue to the aggregator's input preparation. See community coder guide and agent instructions.
3. Existing aggregator handler
A stage covers one part of the analysis. Repeated legs divide larger tasks; their checkpoints preserve earlier states.
Input: checked community outputs, the census, the required context and shelves.
Work: the handler prepares a separate run, checks the build and opens the stages in order. The aggregator reads, codes, builds a model, returns it to cases, and writes the resulting account.
Ready to advance when: the stage's outputs and checks meet its contract, and the handler records the close. The aggregator owns the interpretation; checks establish what was delivered.
See the stage map below, the handler protocol, and agent instructions. These pages do not start research agents.
