How the instrument works
The instrument turns the shared r/place record into accounts that later studies can test and revise. It is one part of the repository's shared data and tools.
AI readers develop codes and themes from participants’ words. An AI aggregator compares those accounts and develops a shared model under researcher supervision. Saved case agents then compare it with their community records. These returns are not interviews with the original participants. Adaptations support a taxonomy of organizational forms.
The analyst owns the interpretation. Checks establish what was read, written and preserved; they do not establish that an explanation is true.
- Follow the analysis: stages, decisions and checks.
- Trace a claim: move from an account to its evidence.
- Audit the evidence: five TRACE questions, saved examples and gaps.
- Read the full contract: rules and limits.
