Historical account, 15 October 2026. D3 revised R01 and P05, bounded A21 and added fifteen candidates. The 24 October D3c head says the C5 account has not yet been rewritten for those amendments. Read the D3 handback alongside this earlier account. D3 handback, 24 October.

The run later retold the model and audited its limits. Read the final D6 account and E1/E2 audits for the completed run. Completed v43 results.

Implications (C5c-13; C5d's work redone after the serial work)

Target length: about 2,400 words. This file covers:

The model is the one that stands after pass 15: 23 standing elements, 20 drawn arrows and nine propositions (account.md, figure-C5.md, propositions.jsonl). The implications written at C5d, before the serial work, are kept as implications-C5-p14.md. The room, or a group of rooms, is the actor where its members spoke or acted for it.

What the model implies for the theory question

The question asks:

A counterfactual at a leaf

Transferability, and where the model should fail

The conditions, from the evidence:

Where the conditions plausibly hold, and what the model predicts there.

Where they do not hold, and what the model predicts there:

What this record cannot check:

The frame.

Where the model should hold and break, in its own terms.

Expectations for the return (D1 to D3)

The return should find the following if the model composes. Stage D1 writes EXPECTATIONS.jsonl from these lines. Each names the elements, the kinds of room where they should appear, and where they should be absent.

  1. The spine. Expect R01 or P01 before P03, and P03 before P05, in most rooms with a mark of their own. Expect it absent where a member placed alone before any call (A01's bound), or where the room found its mark already placed (A03's bound).
  2. Neighbours after upkeep. Expect P08 after P05 in rooms that kept a mark among neighbours. Expect border talk first in late rooms that came to a full canvas and asked for space. Expect that first border talk mostly to offer terms before any damage (two coders: 19 of 26 to 36 of 38; A04's bound).
  3. The contest answered inside the room. Expect P07 after P09 in rooms that carry attack calls. Expect written refusals to give a reason. Expect a tie from before the canvas named in the attack turn in some rooms with a league, school or national rivalry (C02, untested for order).
  4. Loss: a move or giving up. Expect K02 before P10 in rooms that moved after a loss. Expect rooms that voice doubt after a loss either to move or to give the work up, in about equal numbers (10 and 11 of 36; F-019). Expect the doubt absent before moves made by choice or by a coalition's plan (A10's bound and N08's boundary).
  5. Decided order. Expect C01 absent in most rooms. Expect it more often in rooms that govern a territory for a colour or vet others' requests to build.
  6. The host's line. Expect P20 after P01 in standing subs. Expect it weaker or absent in subs opened for the canvas.
  7. Machine hands. Expect P14 after P05 where upkeep is under strain. Expect scripts before upkeep where a room scripted the building from the start (A06's bound).
  8. The close. Expect P11 after P03, P12 after P11, and P13 after P12. Expect no placement after hour 73, and curation of the record near the close and after it.
  9. The April Fools frame. Expect K01 beside the work in rooms that played April Fools, with no delay of the work, and members asking whether a post is meant.
  10. Two routes for many hands. Expect posting the work's state (P03's reports) and sharing templates (P04) to be carried apart, each in many rooms without the other, about as often as chance gives (F-022).
  11. Help through deals; sparing on the room's norm. Where border talk comes first, expect the first help between rooms to name a deal or the neighbour in about half the rooms. Expect it less often where help comes first. Expect the first sparing to state the room's own norm more often than a settled line (F-020).
  12. Written answers. Expect most calls to carry no written reply. Among written replies, expect acceptances to come bare and refusals with a reason (F-023, F-014).
  13. Where the model should not compose. Expect rooms of colour factions, and rooms whose host rules on guests, to compose with a residue: the faith or the host's rule picks rivals and guests, and no element does.

Which forms keep the work alive, answered from the record

This is answered from the record, never from the canvas (organizing_end-A1.jsonl; _analysis/c5d_kept.py).
