People in r/armenia made an Armenian flag into a shared job by specifying it, contributing work and seeking help. Loss reopened where to build; neighbours and other subreddit users challenged what the effort could occupy. Public replies and moderation made those claims answerable, while damage and unwanted posts continued. The model explains these visible acts and locally stated reasons. It does not establish that public coordination caused the final drawing to survive, or that the subreddit was one bounded organization.

Making work available again

The ordinary episode E-01 therefore reaches practical answers and self-reported attempts. P01 distinguishes specifying the job from P02, supplying work. The higher themes T4-001 and T4-002 gather these practices under D01, keeping a revisable undertaking available for work. This dimension concerns an actionable job and offered effort. It does not imply a fixed site, workforce or implemented plan.

The full exchange favours repairing current work. Withdrawal is part of P01's range, not silent failure inferred from a missing reply. Answering claims without assuming control

D02, limiting what the joint effort may occupy, gathers neighbour-facing limits in T4-003 and forum access/containment in T4-004. The common question is whose other use deserves an answer. The objects and powers differ: a builder can request restraint, while a moderator can remove a post. The dimension supplies no single causal mechanism joining them.

Completion and the irreversible stop

This is a participant-reported outcome, with no independent image check. What the account can defend

Verified Puranam, Alexy and Reitzig (2014) illuminates partial division, allocation and information arrangements. Neighbour claims and worth accounts remain the whole-theme remainder. Public text does not identify complete membership, task matching or reward provision. These are weak absence claims scoped to the coded record; the framework cannot supply unseen arrangements as evidence. No new concept is claimed.

The account describes how this undertaking can be offered again and receive public answers. It should break if the named targets, losses, commitments or competing claims concern unrelated jobs; original upkeep cannot continue under K04. A setting with compulsory assignments or a single enforced target would require evidence this case lacks. Such transfer is a question, not a tested prediction. No dated chain establishes a feedback loop.

The strongest supporting episode is E-05's explicit replanning and renewed construction. E-07 most threatens any stronger equation of coordination with control. The separating condition is whether evidence establishes a public response or effective implementation. Unseen coordination remains a live rival for preservation, but cannot erase the practical acts that participants perform publicly.
