Dynamic model after the critic
Target length: about 1,200 words of narrative, followed by the checkable apparatus.
Claim and scope
Participants made an Armenian flag into a revisable shared job. They supplied practical references, reported contributions, sought neighbours' help and moved to replacement targets after loss. Their public coordination included restraint and apology while damage continued, and moderation while new posts continued. The explanation distinguishes making work available from controlling all who might act. It is grounded in public words and reported acts; it does not explain every placement or establish that one arrangement caused the final drawing to survive.
The observation venue is r/armenia. Its readership, the people building the flag, visitors helping it, and people claiming a collective voice are not identical sets. The goal to make a flag is explicitly proposed. Dimensions, sites, hearts, lettering and restraint remain open to revision or dispute. Nothing here assumes that a national readership inherited one settled pixel goal.
The opening call gains plans and a coordinate exchange. A participant
reports attempting the work while finding it disorganized.
P01 identifies practical specification and revision;
P02 identifies contributions and help. These acts make
public coordination observable without an arrow claiming that a written
plan caused all the pixel work. The ordinary episode E-01
defeats pure spectatorship for those reports, while leaving allocation
and compliance unknown.
Renewing work after loss
The current location can become a problem to reopen. BIa7E1LDgdvnnYUOhE7jLocs9nM= makes that connection explicitly:
Our flag is disappearing quickly... they are overwhelming us, we must move to Little Armenia.
c0099, BIa7E1LDgdvnnYUOhE7jLocs9nM=, hour
46.04472222222222, item dfq7ie2, thread
62zlio.
K01 is the reported overwhelming loss, and
P01 includes proposing another location. A01
carries the speaker's stated reason for replanning. The simultaneous
defence call in c0106 prevents interpreting this as one
decision by the entire group. Earlier, another new-flag proposal is
withdrawn in E-03 when repair of the current work seems
preferable. Threat does not force a new undertaking, and proposing one
does not ensure uptake.
Capacity also limits commitments. cyE1IHl9gx5B7zMe8bKFb0h/v7w= says
there are too many fights and too little manpower, then recommends
keeping the flag intact and going west. flUcgcZ/QJJr29uZapvrRMemcGY=
makes help elsewhere conditional on the home drawing no longer being
attacked. A02 connects explicit limited availability,
K02, with adjusting contributions, P02.
GreyBlob's later request offers return protection while struggling to
establish a base. That comparison preserves both narrowing commitments
and asking for more help. Neither promises an adequate workforce.
A replacement above India is announced with permission, then declared finished. Later speakers credit the location and neighbours for the result. Those accounts are compatible with the observed sequence; they remain participants' explanations. The record cannot isolate permission, allies, open space, timing, effort or unseen coordination as a sufficient cause of survival.
Answering limits without presuming control
Collective work can itself become another participant's problem.
K03 names an articulated competing use, and
P03 names boundary bargaining and answers to harm. The
Squidward appeal applies the earlier victim experience to current
Armenian encroachment:
Don't kill Squidward. Remember what the Dutch did to us, that is what we are doing to Squidward.
c0140, 2psXPUPcqVd6hXhUVs4WlgFYNvk=, hour
58.91972222222222, item dfr6ri9, thread
632tpb.
Rescue is called for and flUcgcZ/QJJr29uZapvrRMemcGY= apologizes, but
Vu1HLJ6tyMilOL+RgByB3JkfOWU= then reports the drawing basically gone.
A03 ends at public response. It does not extend to
effective restraint or restoration. A repeatedly removed border in
E-06 is another limit to control. Rogue attribution can be
sincere explanation or selective disavowal; the public text does not
decide intention.
The same dimension includes a different object: forum attention.
mgktLaEmQHC4q55DpeCXFJ0QuhA= redirects a post to protect election
discussion, and a later member asks moderators to contain place because
it crowds out Armenia material. A04 relates that stated
competing-use reason to attempted post containment, P04.
Actual removal is an exercise of authority, but the late response
acknowledges that users keep making posts.
One organizer explicitly relates moderation to an alternate coordination route:
Just as a side note, since the mods are removing any posts about it, we have a discord server that we're using to coordinate that you can join through this link.
c0132, /Vz/VXHXy7Fz1N9dWqphKyxDI/g=, hour
54.99805555555555, item dfqv8kd, thread
632tpb.
A05 connects post containment with offering cross-venue
access, P05. Earlier Discord requests seek communication
without citing removal. Moderation therefore supplies one stated reason
for an invite, not the origin of Discord, a necessary cause of
cross-venue work or proof that the invite was used. Returned reports of
Discord agreement establish that someone reports agreement. Its
deliberations and implementation remain unobserved.
Completion, closure and what remains
A completion cheer in E-02 is followed by a call to
maintain. A06 records this order between an account of
completion, P06, and continuing work, P02. The
word now names the remaining job. It is not evidence that celebration
motivated workers.
At hour 73 the original setting changes irreversibly: placements are
disabled. K04 limits original upkeep. Later replica
coordinates and recognition lettering reopen a target in another
setting, while moderation and recollection continue. The account reports
retained flag and hearts from participants' words; replica durability is
unknown. The last observed construction instruction and the later
moderation endpoint are different kinds of coordination, not proof that
all organizing ended.
P06 also retains jokes, contrasting accounts of allies
and valuations of time and teamwork. It remains outside the dimensions
because no demonstrated effect from those accounts to renewed
contribution was found. That material matters to what participants left
behind without becoming an invented reward mechanism.
The model should fail if its named responses do not concern the stated jobs, losses or competing claims. Its supported scope is public acts and locally stated reasons. A stable central decision system on unseen Discord would challenge any stronger claim of decentralized governance; this candidate makes no such claim.
Elements and ranges
The model uses six processes and four conditions. These are model metadata, not frequencies of conduct. No distinct enduring role or independent claim node is needed: assigning authority beyond the evidenced moderation acts would add an unsupported position. Every element is tied to a retained tier and has its range below.
P01:
Proposing, specifying, revising or withdrawing a shared drawing
target
Kind: process. Tier: T4-001. Dimension:

c0129.
K04:
Original-canvas placement is closed
Kind: condition. Tier: T4-001. Dimension:

c0124.
Arrows and their evidential status
The six locally bounded arrows remain fair. Their support quotes and mechanisms are unchanged. Sampling verdicts now refer only to each registered relation within its bound. A contrast missing the premise is not testable; it is not a confirming instance or a failure. The broader hypotheses those contrasts reject are recorded separately in rejected_extension_checks.
The correction weakens the testing claim rather than strengthening
the relation. A02 and A03 have applicable
contrasting instances; no applicable independent negative test beyond
the supporting occasion is claimed for A01,
A04, A05 or A06. Their
negative_check and mechanism_failure_present fields say not-addressed.
Nothing turns that limit into an absence of counterexamples. No
prevalence null was computed, so base_rate_beaten remains null.
A01: K01 to
P01
Kind: transition. Ground: participant-stated. c0099
makes overwhelming loss the speaker's stated reason to move. The
contrary residual defence and withdrawn earlier plan were read before
setting strength.
Mechanism: Perceiving the current drawing as being overwhelmed gives this speaker a reason to reopen the choice of location.
Failure clause: The relocation proposal proves unrelated to the stated loss, or the account is asserted as the uniform response despite continued defence.
Bound: A speaker's explicit relocation reasoning, not a sufficient or necessary condition for a community-wide switch.
Evidence response: E-02 c0106 still calls
for defending the attacked flag alongside E-05's
relocation. E-03 withdraws another plan when repairing
current work seems preferable. Retain competing actions; reject a
deterministic loss-to-collective-relocation mechanism.
Support: c0099. Exact source quotes and metadata remain
in model/arrows.jsonl. Sampling of the retained relation:
E-02: not testable; Continued defence is an alternative
act, but does not test whether the other speaker's stated reason for
moving was loss. E-03: not testable; This plan is withdrawn
before the stated overwhelming-loss occasion; the premise of the bounded
relation is not established. E-09: not testable;
Overwhelming attack is not the stated setting; this is another route to
replanning.
Negative-check state: not-addressed. Separate broader hypothesis:
Overwhelming threat produces a uniform or durable community relocation.
Contrary material: c0106, c0046,
c0047. Other actors defend and an earlier alternative is
withdrawn; no unitary response follows.
A02: K02 to
P02
Kind: transition. Ground: participant-stated. c0051
connects insufficient manpower with narrowing work. E-06's
explicitly struggling neighbour was examined as a contrasting way to
address shortage.
Mechanism: Stating a shortage makes reducing commitments or seeking conditional help an intelligible adjustment to the available effort.
Failure clause: The statement of shortage contains no adjustment, or continued commitments are represented as reliably fulfilled despite the speaker's condition.
Bound: Explicit adjustments in speakers' requests and commitments; neither measured capacity nor subsequent successful execution.
Evidence response: GreyBlob in E-06 c0145
seeks reciprocal help rather than narrowing its target, so adjustment
includes recruitment as well as focus. E-01 disorganization
is not itself a stated manpower shortage. This is not a universal
withdrawal relation.
Support: c0051, c0038. Exact source quotes
and metadata remain in model/arrows.jsonl. Sampling of the retained
relation: E-06: holds; c0145 asks for help
because a new base is difficult and offers protection in return.
E-01: not testable; No explicit capacity shortage in the
selected opening account; do not treat it as zero adjustment.
Negative-check state: tested-absent. The contrasting shortage request supports adjustment without establishing an effect on available workforce size.
A03: K03 to
P03
Kind: transition. Ground: codes-read. The competing claim and appeal
to stop appear explicitly in c0140; the episode then
records rescue, apology and loss. Azeri-heart complaint and unstable
border test the difference between answering a claim and enforcing
it.
Mechanism: Making another drawing's claim explicit gives participants a concrete harm or limit to answer through restraint, negotiation or apology.
Failure clause: The response cannot be connected to the named harm, or an answer is treated as evidence that all damaging placements stopped.
Bound: Neighbour-facing public responses only; not sufficient for protection or restoration.
Evidence response: E-07 c0143 reports
Squidward basically gone after rescue and apology. E-06
c0135 reports a repeatedly removed border. These refute
effective-control inference. E-02
c0079/c0080 instead shows a complaint and
answer without demonstrated stopping. The retained relation ends at
response, with outcome separately unknown or reported lost.
Support: c0140, c0141, c0142,
c0143. Exact source quotes and metadata remain in
model/arrows.jsonl. Sampling of the retained relation:
E-02: holds; c0079 receives disavowal and
apology in c0080; control remains unknown.
E-06: not testable; The excerpt reports a placed and
repeatedly removed border, but alone does not link a particular voiced
competing claim to that response. It cannot test the retained response
relation.
Negative-check state: tested-absent. Separate broader hypothesis: A
response to harm reliably controls placements or restores a neighbour.
Contrary material: c0135, c0143. A border is
repeatedly removed and Squidward is reported basically gone.
A04: K03 to
P04
Kind: transition. Ground: participant-stated. The moderator explicitly links redirection to an election; aftermath complaint and acknowledged incomplete containment test whether a routing instruction removes the competing use problem.
Mechanism: Invoking another purpose for the subreddit provides a reason to limit where place posts may appear.
Failure clause: The redirection lacks the stated competing-use rationale, or its existence is taken to show complete containment.
Bound: Articulated forum-use claims and attempted containment; no guarantee that people stop posting.
Evidence response: E-04's late complaint and
c0130 show that new posts continue despite moderation.
E-06 c0132 reports an alternate coordination
route rather than disappearance of the work. Retain actual removal and
attempted redirection, reject control over all discussion.
Support: c0094, c0129, c0130.
Exact source quotes and metadata remain in model/arrows.jsonl. Sampling
of the retained relation: E-06: not testable;
c0132 reports removal and an alternate invite but not the
competing-use rationale required by this relation; it supports
A05 instead. E-09: not testable; The coded
replica posts specify a drawing; they do not state an answered forum-use
complaint.
Negative-check state: not-addressed. Separate broader hypothesis:
Stated containment makes all place discussion stop spreading. Contrary
material: c0129, c0130. A complaint and
management response acknowledge continued new posts.
A05: P04 to
P05
Kind: transition. Ground: participant-stated. c0132 says
since posts are removed and supplies a Discord invite. The earlier
communication request/invite was read as a competing occasion for
cross-venue access.
Mechanism: Reported post removal is used as a reason to make a different coordination route publicly available.
Failure clause: The invite is interpreted as proof of channel use, improved coordination or creation of a new server caused by removal.
Bound: An explicitly stated reason for offering access, not the origin of Discord or its only purpose.
Evidence response: E-02
c0077/c0078 asks for Discord to communicate
and supplies an existing invite without citing removal. That alternative
reason rules out an exclusive moderation-to-Discord origin story.
E-06 c0132 still directly supports a
removal-related access offer.
Support: c0132. Exact source quotes and metadata remain
in model/arrows.jsonl. Sampling of the retained relation:
E-02: not testable; The earlier access exchange gives a
communication reason without the removal premise; it cannot test the
conditional removal-related offer.
Negative-check state: not-addressed. Separate broader hypothesis:
Post removal is necessary for Discord access or caused the server's
origin. Contrary material: c0077, c0078. The
earlier exchange invokes communication and supplies an existing invite
without that stated premise.
A06: P06 to
P02
Kind: order. Ground: codes-read. c0035 announces
completion before c0036 calls for maintenance in the same
thread. Their source hours establish order; no reward or motivation is
inferred.
Mechanism: While placement is still possible, completion changes the stated remaining job from making to keeping the drawing.
Failure clause: Completion and maintenance refer to unrelated objects, or a later cheer after disabled placement is treated as reopening original work.
Bound: The local completion-to-upkeep sequence while original
placement is open; K04 blocks original-canvas maintenance
after hour 73.
Evidence response: E-08 contains completion and worth
accounts after closure, without possible original placement.
E-09's practical continuation changes setting. Keep this
sequence at its local scope and reject the general claim that
celebration causes participation.
Support: c0035, c0036. Exact source quotes
and metadata remain in model/arrows.jsonl. Sampling of the retained
relation: E-08: not testable; Original placement is
disabled, so this episode is outside the retained open-placement
relation; it is not a failure within its bound. E-09: not
testable; Replica work has a new object and no coded completion.
Negative-check state: not-addressed. Separate broader hypothesis:
Every completion account renews original upkeep or motivates
participation. Contrary material: c0151,
c0152. These accounts follow disabled placement and cannot
re-enable it; no motivational effect is established.
Three strongest arguments and coder-selection risk
For A01, the coding may favour loss explanations by
selecting an explicit move statement. The participant's own causal
wording separates it from a coder-created connection, but verifies a
reason, not a successful relocation effect.
For A02, the coder may select shortage and conditional
commitments while omitting unconditional effort. GreyBlob's different
response tests that compression. The retained relation concerns how
people adjust their request or commitment, not the prevalence of
adjustment or a capacity effect.
For A05, a short excerpt using since may overstate one
reason for channel access. The earlier communication request and
existing invite expose that risk. They remove an exclusive origin claim
while leaving the explicitly removal-related offer readable in
c0132.
Projection onto dimensions
This is a projection of the retained arrow register, not code mass, prevalence or a second set of causal claims.
D01 has internal arrows A01 and
A02; its incoming arrow is A06 from the
unaggregated accounts process; it has no outward cross-dimension arrow.
D02 has internal arrows A03, A04
and A05, with no cross-dimension incoming or outgoing
arrow. These arrow-identity sets define the in-mass, out-mass and
internal mass. With and without doubles are identical because the
assignment log has no multiple placements. No mass is computed by
weighting code counts.
At this projection, both dimensions have no outward cross-dimension arrows; the formal residue designation does not imply unused or ineffective organizing. No dimension-level arrow is warranted. The material does not ground one shared mechanism abstracting from neighbour repair and forum containment to continued construction. Their co-presence is not a dependence. The model relates presences and local sequences, not quantitative degrees.
Dynamics and loop test
Loss can reopen the choice of target. A withdrawn plan can return people to current work. Completion can leave maintenance to do. Those returns are evidenced separately; they do not establish one dated feedback cycle operating through all the model arrows. model/loops.jsonl is empty.
A cycle connecting contribution, celebration, renewed recruitment and further contribution was considered. No linked chain shows celebration producing the renewed recruitment. A graph cycle assembled from those topics would exceed the text. Hour 73 prevents returning to original pixel placement. The replica changes the object and has no established completion.
ungrounded relationships
Specification to successful execution is not drawn. The opening contains work reports, but the withdrawn larger flag and unresolved replica show why a published target cannot be a sufficient cause. Tool sharing also does not establish tool use.
Restraint or apology to protected neighbours is not drawn. Squidward's reported loss and the repeatedly removed border are direct contrary items. Permission or friendship to preserved Armenian work remains a participant's explanation rather than an isolated causal effect.
Celebration to motivation or rewards is not drawn. A06
is only a local completion-to-maintenance order. Centralized Discord
command, a stable task roster and a complete allocation system remain
unestablished in the public coded text. Their absence is weak and does
not exclude them elsewhere.
looked-for-and-not-found
The candidate reading sought uptake, explicit reasons, linked responses and contrary outcomes in the opening, withdrawal, relocation, neighbour disputes and aftermath. It found practical answers, conditional help and stated reasons for replanning and venue routing. It did not establish reliable control over all placers, restored Squidward, completed replica work, or a dated feedback loop.
Those are scoped evidential limits, not zero values. The public coded
record and chosen contextual threads are partial views of the doing. The
strongest contrary item is c0143, reporting Squidward
basically gone after the rescue and apology sequence. It limits the
explanation to response without control. The most consequential
unresolved rival is that unobserved Discord decisions and available
space account for preservation more directly than the public sequence.
This candidate does not claim to settle that survival comparison.
Model with and without theorised connections
The grounded candidate consists of A01 through
A06, under their local bounds. No additional theorised
arrow is admitted to the register. If the ungrounded relationships above
were added, the story would claim plan-to-compliance,
restraint-to-preservation and recognition-to-motivation. Removing them
leaves the candidate exactly as stated. That loss of a stronger survival
explanation is deliberate.
The model uses every picked-up coder-theme family through its
processes, without using every code as an element citation.
t12, calling out what phRQZRXYX1NI04Oyn2DTVC3MBQI= is
doing, remains wholly unused. The opaque c0049 and
duplicate c0166 remain unplaced. The literal count of
unused whole coder themes is scheme metadata, not a frequency of a
missing practice.
Critic and comparison
The independent critic found unsupported confirmation for
A04 and a mismatch between failure labels and retained
bounds. Both errors are accepted. The corrected tests distinguish
applicable evidence from outside-bound contrasts while retaining the
contrary items. The no-alternative return does not establish a unique
partition: the served exact-cover format could not retain unresolved
t12. A neighbour-obligations grouping of t03,
t04 and t11 was also considered. It would make
mutual dependence salient, but hide the current distinction between
contributing effort, settling permission and answering damage. The
retained cut is preferable for this explanatory question, not the only
possible abstraction.
Every held finding was re-examined. F-001 remains a
finding about practical answers and self-reported effort;
F-002 retains concurrent responses to loss.
F-003 rests on voiced claims and actual responses, not the
invalid E-06 confirmation of forum rationale.
F-004 keeps closure and changed objects distinct. Their
evidence, statements and status remain unchanged; no append-only line is
edited.
The corrected story is compared against the complete episode
register. E-02 retains the time-zone explanation as residue
and E-05 retains the unisolated causes of preservation. The
ordinary, failed-rescue and withdrawn-plan accounts remain required
checks. Later closing comparisons determine the retained pass under the
unchanged criterion; a file-valid candidate alone is not a finding of
saturation.
