Episodes before arrows

Target length: 300 to 500 words per episode, excluding citation metadata.

The complete R2 register selected these undertakings before any model arrow. These accounts use the closed concepts and source text, without higher-theme names. Source context constrains the coded statements; no new code is added.

Ordinary: E-05, timing the Danish recolouring

The undertaking begins with a proposed fast recolouring and a question about how to coordinate it. A separate operation post names a time. The clock of that post is hour 19.795; the commitment to set an alarm appears at 20.03472222222222. These are an invitation and an explicit response, not a count of who appeared. Their practical object is concrete: change the Danish colours into the Swedish ones.

OPERATION LILLA BÄLT - VI SLÅR TILL KLOCKAN 16

Klart man ställer upp! Sätter alarm strax innan 16:00!

A participant then proposes dividing the cross into four corners and working inward. The quoted words specify a possible way of contributing. The full source thread qualifies how far that proposal went: a reply at item dfoujay favours participants following the image together, and the proposer accepts that reply at dfoukmu (complete thread reads 3269, 3280, 3296). I therefore do not describe the proposed groups as the method actually used or attribute success to them.

The episode includes activation and a second-wave call. At hour 22.63361111111111 a speaker reports "Vi gjorde det!!!" in c0149, item dfoym9d, thread 62s8z5. This is a reported result. Another speaker's demand for help does not itself establish that the attack lacked contributors. In the linked exchange, a reply advises refreshing the page and the original requester acknowledges a mistaken expectation about continuous updating:

c0198, item dfoy1u0, thread 62syy1, efUcF/oLHZsLK/tYFIEaR9c6YJI=, hour 22.371388888888887, offsets 0:14:

lol, jag trodde att det uppdaterades kontinuerligt...

That exchange supports a local correction of what the participant could see. It does not measure actual progress or show that all doubts were display errors. The final acknowledgement, item dfoyo07 at hour 22.655, closes the observed bracket; it does not end later attacks and repairs. The episode makes a timed appeal, a commitment, proposed methods and a claimed victory visible, while leaving the relation between those particular methods and the result unresolved. A stranger can follow the sequence without assuming a commander, a fixed division into groups, or a unanimous view of attacking Denmark.

Unpredicted: E-16, erasing the horse while helping the flag

The named operation begins in item 636a8n at hour 67.92944444444444. Its author calls for the Dala horse to be started. A reply reports that people are removing it. The author explains why the plan was posted to Sweddit: to let people see it. A participant apologises and gives a prior explanation of the marks:

c0704, item dfrmfk9, thread 636a8n, WdpyRgQuJzcuwdetclvTur8MtEs=, hour 68.16055555555556, offsets 0:55:

Jaha, sorry. Jag trodde det var danskarna som jävlades.

This is more specific than a generic report of vandalism. The participant had taken the intended horse for Danish interference. Another contributor states a change in their own work:

c0709, item dfrmo45, thread 636a8n, 3bfpkAVUXTH6WuKOgZcSzmKKny8=, hour 68.29, offsets 0:57:

The before-and-now language belongs to that speaker. It supports a local reported switch from placing blue to helping. I cannot turn different people's apologies into a community-wide change, count how many painters changed, or identify every message that the speaker had read. A further apology says the speaker had worked hard to keep the blue flag clean, which keeps prior helpful intent visible without making it the motive of every eraser.

Agreement about the horse remains unsettled. A reply objects that it leaves too little flag and proposes moving it right. Another invokes the king being damaged while attention goes to the horse. These are continued differences over what should be done, rather than proof that those speakers failed to recognise the animal.

c0707, item dfrml2m, thread 636a8n, jBxn5i/9r6ll6579BJdEHZiVWk8=, hour 68.24416666666667, offsets 0:98:

The plan's advocate refers objections to SwedenOnPlace and says the plan seems approved by people there. After a moderator referral, the advocate asks how the information will spread and later explains that an approved plan was brought to Sweddit to try to obtain cooperation:

c0718, item dfro8ll, thread 636a8n, bpRX1cjAPncuHeF3DACQ8OhcGWU=, hour 69.05472222222222, offsets 4:109:

Approval elsewhere and useful recognition here are separate in this exchange. The source does not establish where the plan originated or how representative its approval was. It also leaves the final build unresolved. A later item, 6373ni, renews the horse-building call at hour 70.45833333333333; it does not report completion. The episode's unexpected form is that maintenance of a shared flag can oppose an intended addition. Explaining the addition can accompany a reported switch while leaving disagreement over placement, priorities and the proper discussion venue intact.

Stopped early: E-14, cancelling a drawing for the available colours

An ambitious drawing appears in the shared thread 62zhrg. The source item's creation hour is 45.38388888888889, but it contains an edited cancellation. The author says the drawing uses the wrong number of colours and cannot look good with those available:

c0436, item dfq6cku, thread 62zhrg, ut241QgoFq54FMpzwUgOcT3v/Pc=, hour 45.38388888888889, offsets 145:301:

These words give the author's reason for stopping. They cannot date the edit precisely, so the creation hour must not place the cancellation before later replies. The linked image is unavailable as evidence. Source context calls the project an elk, but the coded cancellation itself does not identify the drawing. It stays separate from the later king project.

The exchange contains another account of the problem. A reply recommends shrinking the drawing to fit on one side of the cross. The author argues that more contributors could make it work, asks nonparticipants not to paint over it, and reports contacting painters by private message. Those replies show an attempt to continue and to prevent interference; they do not establish that recruitment solved the colour problem.

c0437, item dfq6j0f, thread 62zhrg, QQfOJq9d6EKUOM9CbNLKPFvmYuA=, hour 45.492222222222225, offsets 31:133:

c0438, item dfq6noz, thread 62zhrg, ut241QgoFq54FMpzwUgOcT3v/Pc=, hour 45.570277777777775, offsets 72:196:

QQfOJq9d6EKUOM9CbNLKPFvmYuA= names the competing demands on effort: cleaning attacks, crowns in the upper corner, expansion eastward and war to the south. The proposal is to do one thing at a time. A further reply says the Arch dispute has used pixels and staff needed elsewhere. That is a participant's explanation of opportunity cost, without a measured number of contributors or a verified pixel total.

The last coded discussion is item dfq7q2o at hour 46.15555555555556. It is the observational edge of the exchange, not the time of the cancellation edit. The distinction matters: the record contains both continued recruitment and explicit abandonment, but cannot order the edit against those replies from creation times alone. A model that explained all stopping by hostility, scarce people or lack of recognition would miss the author's stated technical limit. The attempt can stop even while its proponent knows whom to contact and other participants offer a smaller alternative. This episode supplies an ending with a reason, not evidence that every ambitious drawing failed or that the whole room stopped working.
