C3: Model: literature
Compare the model with the literature.
This is a reading key. The linked contract and card hold the rules.
Reading order
- Contract, method, standing instructions.
- Your recorded platform: Claude or Codex.
- Full C3 card, then the run's head, diary and handler deliveries as that card prescribes.
Inputs and permitted reading
Use the full card's startup packet and reading boundaries. Do not use files from later stages merely because this repository contains them. Historical interviews use the files in their selected bundle.
Outputs, quoted from the card
literature-C3.md; findings.jsonl lines with
literature ids; mapping-C3.jsonl; mechanisms rewritten in
model/arrows.jsonl, each a model/history.jsonl
line; wherever this stage changes something, model-C3.md,
structure-C3.md and concept-C3.md, each a
whole file superseding the stage C2 file (rule 18; a file holding only
what changed is read downstream as the whole thing), and
manifest-C3.txt, one line per stage C2 file saying whether
it has a stage C3 successor, which stage C5 reads first; a recut is not
a superseding file: the tier file is amended and the superseded line
goes to tier_history.jsonl, as stage C2 says; when the
third-order tier is recut, scheme_v2.jsonl and
assignments_final.jsonl rewritten
(mem.py mint, then mem.py reassign, as stage
C2 says); notes-C3.md.
Legs
C3a: contradicting shelf. Repeats: no. Interview point: -.C3b: resembling shelf. Repeats: no. Interview point: -.C3c: the four problems. Repeats: no. Interview point: end.
Checks and handback
The stage card governs its checks. The handler and leg controller govern opening, close, pause and recovery. Do not infer permission to start from this page. Keep notes and the head current; the conversation and filesystem must match at any resumable close.
