Goodboye data structure

Rows were chosen for range, not frequency: every original coder theme appears, and split defence, restraint and mascot practices receive contrasting exemplars. Quotes pass their higher-theme gates on their own. The fourth column preserves the optional coined names, not additional empirical findings. The name on t03 suggests reciprocity, but the retained higher theme requires only offered or reported assistance, not an accomplished exchange. structure.md carries the full placement account.
